Handl was born from one simple truth, running a business shouldn’t mean drowning in admin. Hardworking business owners lose hours every week to admin they simply don't have time for. Between juggling tools, clients, late night quoting and endless follow ups, the paperwork begins taking over the workday, and the weekends.
We realised there had to be a better way.
As an Aussie couple who understands the reality of running a small business, we created Handl to take the pressure off the people who keep the country moving. What began as a simple idea has grown into a dedicated admin support service for tradies and service businesses across Australia.
We’re a behind the scenes support team that steps in as your silent admin partner, managing jobs, calls, clients, scheduling, quotes, invoices, and everything in between. Our goal is simple: make your life easier, help your business run smoother, and give you your time back.

Our Team
Handl is built by people who understand the pace, pressure and responsibility of keeping a business running smoothly.
Our team includes members with experience inside the Australian Taxation Office, gaining a strong understanding of business compliance, regulatory obligations and large scale administrative operations. This includes overseeing admin for the ATO app, a national platform used by millions.
We also bring years of relationship management experience from working with architects, designers and manufacturers across Australia. This background has shaped how we communicate, manage expectations and keep multiple projects and stakeholders moving in sync.
Our strengths in communication, high level admin capability and real world business operations allow us to offer support that’s reliable, organised and genuinely invested in your success.
