Running a business is demanding, and your admin support shouldn’t be. Our tiers are designed to flex with your workload, scale as your business grows, and give you back time where it matters most.


 Many clients choose to speak with their accountant or tax professional about whether HANDL’s services may be claimable as a business expense, depending on their individual circumstances. 


Getting Started Is Simple


We’ll map your workflows, set up your systems, and take admin off your plate from day one with a one-off onboarding fee of $350. If you’re starting completely from scratch, we’ll let you know upfront if additional setup time is required, with no surprises.


Flexible Plans


Upgrade or downgrade anytime as your business changes. If you need to scale down or cancel, we ask for 4 weeks’ notice so we can plan ahead.

BASIC

For solo tradies or small service businesses who just want the admin off their plate.

You’ll get flexible admin support tailored to your workload, including:

$250 per week + GST

  • Email management - we answer, filter, and forward only what you need
  • Invoicing & sending quotes
  • Job scheduling & rescheduling
  • Document organisation & filing
  • Payment reminders & light follow-ups
  • Simple use of your job software (ServiceM8, Tradify, simPRO, etc.)


Up to 3 hours per week in admin support.


STANDARD

Our most popular plan.

You’ll get flexible admin support tailored to your workload, including:

$365 per week + GST

Everything included in Basic, plus:  


- Call answering  

- Full job scheduling and rescheduling  

- Workflow management and preparing quotes  

- Chasing overdue payments & managing debtors  

- Compliance admin (insurances, licences, renewals, safety docs)  

- Weekly email updates so you always know where jobs and cashflow stand. 


Up to 6 hours per week in admin support.


PREMIUM

Your outsourced office manager, full back office support without hiring staff.

You’ll get flexible admin support tailored to your workload, including:

$600 per week + GST

Everything included in Basic & Standard, plus: 


  • Project tracking & reporting
  • Social media content creation & management
  • Client communication & follow-ups (calls, emails, post-job touch points)
  • Advanced compliance management (registers, reminders, audits)
  • Monthly performance & admin report


Up to 10 hours per week of admin support.

Tasks are completed as required within your included hours. Some weeks we may do more of one thing (e.g. quoting), other weeks less, depending on your workflow. Our packages are designed to cover the typical admin workload for businesses at each stage. A one-off onboarding & setup fee of $350 applies to get your systems organised, streamline your workflow, and integrate the tools we’ll use to support you. If your needs consistently go beyond your package (e.g. ongoing additional tasks, large project admin, or heavy call volumes), we’ll discuss upgrading to the next tier or adding extra support hours at our casual rate ($80/hr). This keeps our service predictable and fair for everyone while ensuring your business gets the right level of support.
